Help us pick our 2015 Themes

We are putting together the 2015 season of SpeakeasyDC’s 2nd Tuesday monthly storytelling show and we want to hear from YOU. From universal to specific, poignant to playful, we strive to pick themes that will entertain, surprise, delight, challenge preconceptions, and inspire.  We have selected eight themes that were pitched by SpeakeasyDC fans on our twitter feed. We’d like your input to choose the final three best themes from the list below.  Cast your vote for your favorite theme idea here (click here). The poll closes Wed Oct 1 at midnight.

    • IT'S ALL FUN & GAMES: Stories about fooling around that went too far
    • CATFISHED: Stories about things that aren't as they seem
    • MRS. ROBINSON: Stories about innocence and corruption
    • DAMN YOU AUTOCORRECT: Stories about when good technologies go bad
    • THE CHARISMATIC LEADER: Stories about those we follow for the right and wrong reasons
    • IT SEEMED LIKE A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME: Stories about inspiration that takes an unexpected turn
    • IF I WERE YOU: Stories about giving and taking advice
    • KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON: Stories about handling (or mis-handling) a crisis

Start thinking of your stories for Jan and Feb 2015 now! Pitches for Dec show close on Dec 1, 2014.

The entire 2015 season will be announced in our next eblast.
